Where do Acai Berries come from?

The acai berry is a grape-like fruit harvested from the heart of the acai palm tree. It is native to the Rainforests of South America – specifically, the Brazilian Amazon.

What are some possible health benefits?

The acai berry is popularly called a Superfood, known to have positive effects on one’s health, similar to other fruits of the same family.

    I was just looking through the products and saw there was a blog….not a lot of articles yet, but I saw this one – I just started incorporating acai berries into my diet. I put it in my yogurt for breakfast. I didn’t know about the ‘anti-inflammatory properties’. I’ll look at the book! Thank you for posting.
